o    SSU Tech will provide local support in the United States and India from its local offices in Elk Grove, Illinois, U.S.A.  and Bangalore, India.


o    SSU Tech has plans to optionally provide both, Preventive Maintenance and Break-down Maintenance depending on the Customer's preference. The spare parts and skilled technicians will be dispatched from its offices in these two countries.


o    The two offices can provide quick and effective support to all countries. For example, the Elk Grove office can cover all of the Americas from Canada and United States to South America. The Bangalore office can provide logistical support to the Indian Sub-continent, Asia and Australia.  Finally, both the offices will jointly provide support in Europe and the United Kingdom.  Upon request from the Customer arrangements for local support can be planned in other countries, if needed.
